Shipping & Returns
Every piece is hand-finished in our studio. Here's exactly what to expect from order to arrival — and what happens if something isn't quite right.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
- Standard US shipping is a flat $6 and arrives in 3–7 business days.
- Orders are hand-finished and ship within 1–3 business days.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is packed.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Repairs & Replacements
- All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
- If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we'll repair or replace it within 7 days of delivery.
- To request a repair or replacement, email us at the address below within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Repairs and replacements outside the 7-day window are not covered.
- Personalized and engraved items are made just for you and are not eligible for exchange.
Quality & Care
- Every bracelet is inspected before it ships. If yours arrives with a flaw, we'll make it right.
- To preserve the gold finish: keep dry, avoid lotion and perfume, and store flat in the pouch provided.
- Charms clip securely but should be checked occasionally for snug fit.
